Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer Hints

Raid on Eternity's End

  • 1 of 8: This is a sub-quest to "The Codex of the Doomed."
  • 2 of 8: Use a world map transition point to travel to Eternity's End, then move forward and talk to Rammaq.
  • 3 of 8: He'll tell you to get two special tomes for him, though you won't be able to get both unless you're doing this quest first.
  • 4 of 8: Each tome-getting is dealt with in a separate sub-quest.
  • 5 of 8: If you find both tomes and turn them over to Rammaq, he'll give you the Dire Totem of the Beastlands, which will increase several of your main character's stats by 4. (The thing can't be given to anyone who might need it more, unfortunately.)
  • 6 of 8: Even if you opted to destroy the tomes, you'll be done with this quest after talking to Rammaq.
  • 7 of 8: TIP: If you purposely lost both tomes and tell Rammaq so, he'll detect your betrayal, which will let you fight him and get the useful Deathless Diadem from his remains. However, you won't get the cool totem.
  • 8 of 8: Either way, you can then use the nearby world map transition point to move on to another area and another quest. (After optionally raiding the third vault and finishing off all the street combats.)
