Where are these two portals?
1 of 5: One of the portals will appear between two buildings just a bit SW of the town gate.
2 of 5: The other will appear next to the house that's at the very north central edge of the area map. (It's right below the big N.)
3 of 5: Both portals will lead to the outdoor city area in Shadow Mulsantir. If that's where you're trying to go, either portal will work.
4 of 5: Note, though, that these portals only appear at night.
5 of 5: If you're wanting to enter one and it's still daytime, you'll have to use the Rest menu to make some time pass. (It'll conveniently have a "wait here until dusk" option.)
