1 of 7: You got this quest while talking to the Wychlaren at the end of the "An Ally at the Veil" quest in Part 2.
2 of 7: The prison is up in the northern part of Mulsantir, which is now open to you.
3 of 7: Head up to the prison building and enter it.
4 of 7: After Tirzah the Old says you can ask around for recruits, do so to find that the two guys in the nearby cells won't help you.
5 of 7: Open the door that's past their cells to find the third and last prisoner, Gann.
6 of 7: He'll join you if you say the right things to him. Also, he'll be a companion, so look for any opportunities to gain influence with him.
