The Haunted Furnace
1 of 6: This is a continuation of a quest that started back in Act I, Part 3. See its Optional Quests if you haven't started on this one (or the Death God's Vault one) yet.
2 of 6: Return to the crematorium in the Death God's Vault and talk to the priest again.
3 of 6: The quickest way to deal with him is to use the Devour Spirit feat on him.
4 of 6: If your main character isn't evil, you could ask him why he was cremated, then choose the sympathetic responses in order to reduce your spirit craving and send him to his eternal rest.
5 of 6: Doing so will get you the Eternal Rest spirit feat, which can be used on the corporeal undead, such as mummies and vampires. It's really great, since you can use it to get spirit energy and essences without increasing your spirit craving.
6 of 6: After that, you'll talk to the "child" spirit and get some options on how to get the other spirits out of the furnace.
