How can I get past the large group?
1 of 6: Approach the group until you get an option to set up a distraction for them if you have Qara or Neeshka in your party.
2 of 6: Choose whichever one of them you want to gain influence with, then let her go and create a fiery distraction for the guards.
3 of 6: If you use this option, you can just run past their post without having to fight any of them. Otherwise, you have to fight all of them at once.
4 of 6: If you try the distraction, make sure all of your companions keep up with you and stay away from the alley where the distraction was set. Otherwise, the watchmen will see you and attack.
5 of 6: TIP: If you want to make sure to avoid Distraction Alley and the watchmen, use the south alley that starts right near where you get the option to set up the distraction. Watch out for a large thug ambush, though.
6 of 6: TIP: If you have Qara with you, you can fireball the watchmen a couple of times as they stand clustered together in Distraction Alley, thereby making them much easier to kill off for XP. (There's pretty good loot in a barrel in that alley, too.)
