1 of 8: After getting this quest from Axle, talk to Moire about it.
2 of 8: Then leave Axel's house and go north to where Fihelis' estate is marked on the area map.
3 of 8: After you kill off the watchmen who are guarding the estate's front door, go inside and start clearing the place of enemies and treasure.
4 of 8: After thoroughly looting the ground floor, find the stairs near its NE corner and head up to the second floor.
5 of 8: Repeat the explore-kill-loot procedure up there until you make it to the SE corner room where Fihelis is hiding.
6 of 8: Talk to him and try to intimidate him into telling you where he's hidden some gems.
7 of 8: Agree to let him go to get 1000 gold, then go get the gems from the now-interactive rock that's just a bit south of his estate's front door.
8 of 8: Then report back to Axel in his house to finish the quest.
