Fort Notes
1 of 6: There's a corpse you can loot just outside the fort, a ways west of its entrance.
2 of 6: Inside the fort a bit west of its entrance is Jacoby, a merchant who has lots of weapons and crafting items to sell.
3 of 6: Tor Millows, who's just SE of the fort's world map transition point, also sells some items.
4 of 6: You can also buy and sell with Galen, who'll be standing near Marshal Cormick near the center of the fort, if you rescued him from his greedy guards earlier. (If you didn't, you can still go do so. See the Fort Locke Area Highlights.)
5 of 6: There's a craftmaster in the area just east of Tor Millows who can tell you about item crafting.
6 of 6: Also, there are some useful crafting tools in crates near him, and three workbenches a bit east of that.
