How can I get the combo?

  • 1 of 8: You can threaten the Collector into giving you a hint.
  • 2 of 8: See the hints for getting his key to find out how you can threaten him into helping you.
  • 3 of 8: There are two bookcases just west of the Collector's room.
  • 4 of 8: The book you want is on the right bookcase as you face them.
  • 5 of 8: NOTE: Taking the book from the left bookcase sets off a painful trap.
  • 6 of 8: Examine the Big Book of Numerological Nursery Rhymes in inventory to find the page that the Collector marked.
  • 7 of 8: It has a three-line riddle that you can use to figure out the vault door's three-digit combo.
  • 8 of 8: Click on the vault door and enter a 5, a 1, and then a 3 for the combo.
