1 of 5: You'll find this guy standing around with a couple of other guys just outside a building along the district's northern border (near the NW end).
2 of 5: You can choose to share a drink with him, but you won't get anything useful from doing so.
3 of 5: You can insist on charging him with loitering and have him arrested by some other City Watch members to gain an influence point with Khelgar, but you'll lose influence with Elanee and Neeshka.
4 of 5: So go drop them off in the Sunken Flagon and talk to Trent with only Khelgar in your group. The more influence you have with him, the better.
5 of 5: Or if you'd rather have 75 XP, convince Trent to go inside to drink.
