3 of 5: To get a chaotic point, you could diplomatically talk them into just walking away or intimidate them into accepting arrest.
4 of 5: Or tell them you mean business and then extort some gold out of them to get a chaotic point, an evil point, and the following influence adjustments: Khelgar -1, Neeshka +1.
5 of 5: The only other options involve killing the thugs without getting any alignment or influence points.
