Protecting the Watch's Informant
1 of 8: Leave the City Watch building and head back to the park area, this time looking for a building marked "Fihelis' Estate" on the area map.
2 of 8: When you reach the estate, go on inside and start looking around.
3 of 8: You'll soon start encountering thugs, so be prepared to take them on. (Note that many of them try to sneak up on you in order to get in some sneak attacks.)
4 of 8: After thoroughly looting the ground floor, find the stairs near its NE corner and head up to the second floor.
5 of 8: Repeat the explore-kill-loot procedure up there until you make it to the SE corner room where Moire herself has Fihelis held captive.
6 of 8: Make sure you're well-rested and buffed up (especially with Barkskin potions and/or Stoneskin spells) before you move into that room, since Moire is a very powerful opponent.
7 of 8: Be sure to loot Moire's remains bag, then talk to Fihelis when you're done looting his estate.
8 of 8: You'll be taken directly back to the captain in the City Watch building when you tell Fihelis that you're ready to go.
