The Tourney of Talent
1 of 14: Travel to the area with the same name as this quest and talk to Retta Starling.
2 of 14: Amie Fern will be automatically chosen to do this event since she's the wizard in your group.
3 of 14: Once you start, Retta will say to begin with a summoning spell.
4 of 14: To see what spells Amie has ready for casting, press the Quickcast key (F on the PC).
5 of 14: Look through the five spells she has memorized to see what might work.
6 of 14: The Summon Creature I spell on the second row sounds promising.
7 of 14: NOTE: If it's not there, use the Rest key to get it to appear.
8 of 14: Click on it, and then on an empty space on the ground between Amie and the children to summon a wolf.
9 of 14: Next, Retta mentions an enlargement spell.
10 of 14: The other spell that's on Amie's level 1 list is Enlarge Person, so bring up the Quickcast menu and click on it.
11 of 14: Since it only works on people, don't cast it on your wolf or the nearby cat. Instead, target one of the many people nearby (Retta, one of the children, Amie herself, etc.).
12 of 14: The last spell you're expected to cast is either Ray of Frost or Acid Splash.
13 of 14: Amie has both of those memorized, so pick one and then cast it on the nearby barrel.
14 of 14: That'll finish the quest, getting you 400 XP and magic scrolls for Lesser Dispel, Summon Creature II, and Ghostly Visage.
