1 of 3: If Neeshka is with you, she'll volunteer to run off and search for special treasures after you pick up the documents.
2 of 3: You should let her, since she'll bring back a nice magic weapon for you and another one for her.
3 of 3: It's hard, but you might then be able to persuade her to reveal another item she got. If you fail an attempt, though, you may lose influence with her.
