Optional Quest: Reactivating the Construct
1 of 8: If you've been keeping up with this quest, you'll already have the book and glowing liquid that Grobnar needs.
2 of 8: Now you need to get the Rune-inscribed Iron Piece.
3 of 8: It's in the Gem Mines in the Ruins of Arvahn area.
4 of 8: You'll go there and loot the mine while on the "The Statues of Purification" quest, so see it for details.
5 of 8: The Rune-inscribed Iron Piece is in the cauldron in the crafting room. It's marked as location 6 on the Gem Mines Map.
6 of 8: And that's all you need! The next time you go to Crossroad Keep, talk to Grobnar in the basement and hand over the items you've collected to get the blade golem construct activated and add-able to your party.
7 of 8: You can "talk" to the golem at any time and choose to try to improve it with skill options related to crafting skills. Unfortunately, it once again seems that only your main character's skill levels matter, and your henchmen can't help you.
8 of 8: NOTE: You can't ever equip any items on the golem, even though it may look like you can.
