What can I do in Port Llast to help with the trial?
1 of 7: Start by finding the guy that Sand said to talk to.
2 of 7: He's in the Port Llast garrison building, which is marked on the area map.
3 of 7: When you enter the building and talk to Haeromos Dothwintyl, you'll learn that he's sure you were behind the attack on Ember because of a surviving witness.
4 of 7: If you can't persuade him to let you question the witness, then lockpick or bash the door in the back of the room to get to her and talk to her anyway.
5 of 7: After that's over, leave the garrison building and go get the "Nya's Duty" quest. You don't have to do it, but it'll help (and you'll get a nice reward).
6 of 7: For some optional XP, approach the guards who are standing around near the Alliance Arms Inn. Either talk them out of a fight for 250 XP, or fight them for some combat XP and cheap loot.
7 of 7: Also, go into the inn and talk to the people there for some optional info and quests.
