1 of 2: There's a dwarven merchant named Revorax whose forge is marked on the area map.
2 of 2: He has *lots* of great magic items, including Blackflame Armor (+5 light armor with 30/- fire resistance), Greater Storm Armor of the Earth's Children (+7 heavy armor that only dwarves, gnomes, and halflings can wear), Lesser Golem Armor (+5 medium armor with Strength +4 and immunity to level drain), the Shield of the Void (+4 light shield that makes you immune to level 2 and lower spells), and the Rift Hammer (+6 warhammer that does 1d8 sonic damage).
