1 of 5: This merchant isn't available until well into Act III.
2 of 5: He's being held prisoner by the fire giants in the Mount Galardrym area.
3 of 5: You'll be going there on Act III, Part 2's "Alliance with Clan Ironfist" quest, so look for him then.
4 of 5: After you talk to him and persuade him to go to the keep, you'll find him in the merchant shop along with Deekin (if you've recruited him).
