Jalboun of the Two Blades
1 of 4: You won't meet this guy until you're on the "Stop the Shadow Reavers" quest in Act III, Part 3.
2 of 4: He'll be with Sydney Natale when you go to meet her in the forest.
3 of 4: After you destroy the animus elemental, offer Jalboun twice what Sydney's paying him to help you, then make sure he survives the battle.
4 of 4: After it's over, ask him to work at the keep, then ask Kana about him the next time you speak to her to get him assigned.
