Pierson
1 of 6: He's hiding inside his house, which is near the SE corner of the area map.
2 of 6: His door is interactive, so click on it to talk to him.
3 of 6: If you can't get him to open up via a lie or intimidation, you'll have to bash the door open.
4 of 6: Go inside and talk Pierson into leaving his house and joining Georg's group.
5 of 6: Then take the time to loot the place before you go. (Note that you'll have to bash the locked chest if you can't pick it open.)
6 of 6: There's also a wagon you can loot outside, just south of the house.
