1 of 3: Before you go to the war room, you can go west to the keep's main hall and find a quartermaster standing around.
2 of 3: Talk to him and look through his inventory of items to see if there's anything you want (though there probably won't be).
3 of 3: He's also a very good merchant to sell to if you still have anything you want to sell off.
