How can I use the scroll to get across the traps safely?
1 of 7: Check out its three sets of symbols again. Might they not correspond to the area's three traps?
2 of 7: In each set of symbols, look for one symbol that's repeated in such a way as to "map out" a route across the grid.
3 of 7: For instance, the first trap you come to has a 4-by-4 set of pressure plates, so it obviously corresponds to the first of the three symbol sets on the scroll.
4 of 7: You see that symbol that looks kind of like a fancy capital C? There are five of them, making what could be seen as a path across the symbol grid.
5 of 7: So try stepping on the pressure plates that correspond to those symbols.
6 of 7: You'll find that it's the safe route across the first trap.
7 of 7: The second and third traps work similarly, but use slightly different symbols.
