What if I turn him down?
1 of 5: He'll walk off muttering crazy stuff to himself.
2 of 5: If you follow him, you'll find that he goes to his house for a weapon.
3 of 5: He then goes to Bernadette Peneles' house to kill her.
4 of 5: After he starts attacking her, you can do one of two things.
5 of 5: You can either just watch and continue following him around until he gets killed, or you can kill him yourself. (Attacking him won't count as a crime if he's in the process of attacking someone else.)
