How can I do this?
1 of 5: First, get his disposition up to 70 or higher.
2 of 5: Then ask him where his retirement money is.
3 of 5: He'll say it's in the locked chest near the SW corner of his house.
4 of 5: He'll now have the key to that chest on him, and you can pickpocket or kill him for it.
5 of 5: TIP: The best time to pickpocket him is when he's in bed at night.
