The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints

1 of 5: These are the starting matches, and are therefore very easy compared to the later ones. If you have trouble with these matches, consider adventuring elsewhere until you're higher-level, have better weapons and enchanted jewelry, etc.
2 of 5: You'll first face a female Bosmer in light armor wielding a longsword.
3 of 5: After that is a male Imperial with heavy armor, followed by an Argonian archer.
4 of 5: The Imperial will probably be the biggest threat to you, with the Argonian being the least. (Close with him ASAP and hack him up fast, or dodge his arrows while firing arrows and spells of your own.)
5 of 5: NOTE: One exception to the rule about not looting dead opponents is the arrows that archers shoot at you and miss with. You can pick them up and use them in a future match.
