Argonian Blood
1 of 5: Talk to Melisande about "Argonian Blood" after she gives you the ingredient list.
2 of 5: She'll give you a special enchanted dagger that you need to slash an Argonian with once in order to get enough usable blood.
3 of 5: Since there's no need to kill the Argonian, you could slash one in any city and then pay the fine when a guard arrests you.
4 of 5: Or you could use a Frenzy spell on an Argonian and slash him once with the enchanted dagger before the spell wears off. (See the Spellmaking Tips.)
5 of 5: Or you could go to Veyond Cave (location 42 on the Heartlands map), since it's a lair of hostile Argonians.
