The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
Two Shoots of Bloodgrass
1 of 7: This rare ingredient is mainly gotten by harvesting bloodgrass plants in the Daedric realm of Oblivion.
2 of 7: You don't actually have to travel to Oblivion in order to find bloodgrass plants. You can often find them in Tamriel growing next to Oblivion gates.
3 of 7: If you haven't done enough Main Quests to open up a bunch of Oblivion gates, go to Kvatch and enter its Oblivion gate, then search around near it for bloodgrass plants.
4 of 7: Bloodgrass can randomly appear in the inventories of some ingredient sellers, including Claudette Perrick in the IC Market District's "The Gilded Carafe," Ogier Georick in the IC Market District's "The Main Ingredient," Falanu Hlaalu in Skingrad's "All Things Alchemical," and Sinderion in Skingrad's West Weald Inn's cellar.
5 of 7: If none of them have it, try Julienne Fanis in the Arcane University's Lustratorium area.
6 of 7: TIP: If you haven't yet done enough Mages Guild quests to gain full access to the university, start on the misc. quest "Tears of the Savior" so Fanis will be in the university's tower lobby.
7 of 7: If you have the "Wizard's Tower" DLC module installed, you can visit Frostcrag Spire and get some bloodgrass from its garden area, even if you haven't upgraded the tower at all yet.
