Paralyze Tips
1 of 3: Visit the Serpent Stone and get its power. You can only use it once a day, but it's a *lot* better than nothing.
2 of 3: Also, get Volendrung from Malacath's Daedric Shrine Quest whenever you can since it has the best paralyze-on-strike effect of any weapon in the game (though it's still just 3 seconds).
3 of 3: When you do the Mages Guild quest where you get your own mage's staff, choose the Paralyze spell for it. If you're level 15 or higher when the staff is made, it'll have an 8-second duration on the spell, which is the best you can ever get without having the Lover for a birthsign (which gives a 10-second, once-a-day Paralyze power).
