What's the best artifact to use here?
1 of 4: That all depends on which ones you want to use the most.
2 of 4: You'd probably be better off giving up a screwy artifact like Sheogorath's Wabbajack thingy or Sanguine's "Rose."
3 of 4: If you're not a light armor wearer, you might consider handing over Hircine's Savior's Hide armor. Its Resist Magic enchantment isn't nearly as good as it should be, anyway.
