The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
How can I get up there?
of 9: First, note that this is another feat that requires a high Acrobatics skill. In fact, this one requires a skill level of at least 80, preferably 85!
of 9: TIP: If you can walk on water via spell or constant-effect item, that'll remove the high Acrobatics requirement.
of 9: If you head straight forward after emerging from the water-logged tunnel and look left, you'll see the floor area you're trying to get to.
of 9: There's a bridge/walkway that's at the same level and that connects two floor areas, but it's not much easier to get up onto.
of 9: However, look around near the end of the bridge that connects with the floor you're trying to get to.
of 9: There's a very small ledge that's a ways lower than floor level, and that would therefore be easier to jump onto.
of 9: If you're having trouble finding it, return to the watery tunnel. As you exit it again, head straight forward as far as you can. The little corner ledge you want will be just to the right.
of 9: Jump out of the water and onto that ledge, then turn left and hop over to the floor. (Cast Water Walking first in order to make the jump from the water *much* easier.)
of 9: NOTE: There are several ledges all along the bridge at the same height as this one, but most of them can only get you onto the bridge between closed gates.
