The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
Anvil
1 of 6: Countess Millona Umbranox can be found in Anvil Castle during the day, and the adjoining dining hall during the evening.
2 of 6: When you ask for aid for Bruma, she'll say that she can't spare anyone while the nearby Oblivion gate is open.
3 of 6: The gate is on a hill a ways directly NW of the Anvil Dock Gate (and directly west of Whitmond Farm).
4 of 6: It'll take you to a copy of Oblivion World 7, so see its hints for details.
5 of 6: When you grab the sigil stone, you'll soon be returned to the Anvil area next to the now-closed Oblivion gate.
6 of 6: Return to Countess Umbranox and ask about aid for Bruma again to finally get it.
