The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
Where can I find unkillable guys who won't fight back?
1 of 4: You can find several of them standing around at Peryite's shrine if you haven't finished his Daedric Shrine Quest yet. Save before you start practicing on them, since doing so may cause the game to crash (though it usually won't).
2 of 4: If you have the "Vile Lair" DLC module installed, buy the cattle cell upgrade to get an ever-sleeping prisoner in Deepscorn Hollow's cloister area that you can practice on.
3 of 4: In both of the above situations, your "practice dummies" are technically unconscious to begin with, and should keep magically regaining health whenever it gets low.
4 of 4: Another option involves the horse Shadowmere, which you can get by doing Dark Brotherhood quests. She doesn't magically regain hit points when nearly out, so when you knock her unconscious, you'll have to wait until she comes to and then cast healing spells on her before attacking her again. If you have a "heal other" spell, this can work pretty well, and will give you Restoration skill practice, too.
