M'aiq the Liar
1 of 3: The notorious (and hilarious) liar from Morrowind, who gave you a genuine clue as to the location of Boethia's shrine, is back in Oblivion.
2 of 3: He runs extremely fast, and it's hard to find him or catch him, but I've seen him standing around just outside Anvil's main gate many times (often after dark).
3 of 3: He doesn't ever give or tell you anything of any importance -- he's mainly used as a rationalizing agent for the game's designers, giving weak excuses for such things as why there aren't any throwing weapons or levitation spells in the game.
