The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
Secret Tower
1 of 5: There's another tower with a blood fountain in it, but you can't get to it directly.
2 of 5: Instead, go find the main tower cluster near the north end of the island that includes Blood Feast.
3 of 5: Go a ways NE of those towers to find the entrance to a small dungeon called the Sump of Misery.
4 of 5: It has an exit to the Desolate Well, in which you can take a corpse masher up to a ramp that leads to the top floor (just like in Blood Well).
5 of 5: At the top is the promised blood fountain, plus a couple of weird containers that you can loot.
