Where is this garden?
1 of 4: You're told that it's in the Imperial City's Waterfront area, so go there and start looking.
2 of 4: Make "Finding the Thieves Guild" your active quest to get the game's local area map to show you where to go with a green arrow.
3 of 4: It points to the small area behind the Abandoned Shack at the south end of the Waterfront's housing area.
4 of 4: That must be the "garden," so go there and wait until midnight or so.
