Expulsion Warning
1 of 4: It's far too easy to accidentally punch Cecia right after your time is up and before he talks to you, which will get you thrown out of the Thieves Guild if you're a member.
2 of 4: However, that's easy to take care of by paying 500 gold to one of the guild's bounty removal people, so you don't have to restore and try again if this happens.
3 of 4: Cecia will turn hostile, so yield to him (see the "Arts of Combat" section of the game manual) and then talk to him to see if you passed his test.
4 of 4: If not, you may want to restore a save so that you don't get thrown out of the Thieves Guild for nothing.
