How can I get a guard to pay my bounty for me?
1 of 4: He'd have to like you an awful lot.
2 of 4: His disposition toward you would have to be at or very near 100 when you talk to him.
3 of 4: That's easy to arrange if you create a powerful Charm spell as described in the Spellmaking Tips and cast it on a guard right before talking to him.
4 of 4: If a guard is attacking you, it's possible though tricky to cast the Charm spell on him and yield to him before it wears off. However, you may have to try a few times before you get it done since he'll be dodging around. (Also, his disposition may be so low that it won't be close to 100 even with the spell in effect.)
