Where can I find the third volume?

  • 1 of 8: Tar-Meena says to ask the owner of the bookstore in the Market District.
  • 2 of 8: Go to the Market District and find Phintias in the "First Edition" bookstore, which is in the district's SE group of buildings.
  • 3 of 8: Talk to him about "Mysterium Xarxes" to learn that he has one copy of volume 3, but it's already been paid for by another customer who hasn't shown up to claim it yet.
  • 4 of 8: You could persuade Phintias to sell it to you for 100 gold if you can get his disposition up to 80 or more.
  • 5 of 8: Or you could steal the book from the locked chest that's near the door to the basement. (Sneaking in at night when the store is closed would be the best way to do this.)
  • 6 of 8: But the easiest way is to just stand and wait for Gwinas to come into the shop and claim his book.
  • 7 of 8: Talk to him before he leaves the shop to see if you can get the book from him.
  • 8 of 8: When he learns that the Mythic Dawn cult was responsible for the emperor's murder, he'll immediately turn cooperative and give you the book.
