Leyawiin Recommendation
1 of 11: Speak to Dagail in the Leyawiin Mages' Guild to get this quest. (If you sign up with her, exit conversation and then talk to her again.)
2 of 11: Dagail is clearly a severe oddball, so go talk to Agata like she says to.
3 of 11: Ask Agata about "Recommendation" and then "Seer's Stone."
4 of 11: She'll tell you to ask the other mages in the building about the stone to see if they know anything about its whereabouts.
5 of 11: S'drassa and Alves Uvenim will mention that Kalthar has been talking about the Seer's Stone. Maybe he knows something.
6 of 11: When you talk to him about the stone, he goes on and on about how glad he is it's gone, and what a shame it is that Dagail is still in charge of the Leyawiin guild.
7 of 11: Report your findings to Agata via the "Seer's Stone" topic, then talk to Dagail.
8 of 11: Check your journal to learn that you need to find a certain fort near Leyawiin.
9 of 11: Leave the city and check the world map for quest pointers.
10 of 11: You'll find that you need to search Fort Blueblood (location 19 on the Blackwood map) for Dagail's father's amulet.
