How can I get the staff without getting caught?
1 of 7: Travel to the Arcane University and enter the Arch-Mage's Lobby area.
2 of 7: You're not trespassing yet, but you will be when you use the magic portal that leads to the Arch-Mage's Tower Council Chambers area.
3 of 7: Quickly use the other portal to get to the Arch-Mage's Quarters, which will hopefully be deserted. (If not, try again some other time.)
4 of 7: Grab the large ice staff from on top of the drawers right in front of you.
5 of 7: Then click on the night stand to the left of the bed to slip the Gray Fox's note inside it.
6 of 7: You must do those two things quickly, before someone from the Tower Council Chambers follows you up and sees you.
7 of 7: Once it's done, quickly teleport back down to the Arch-Mage's Lobby, where you'll be safe from prosecution.
