How can I do that?
1 of 4: By putting it in a special chest in Ontus Vanin's house, like Methredhel said to.
2 of 4: Vanin's house is along the Talos Plaza District's west wall, a ways south of the west gate.
3 of 4: Enter the house and go up the stairs to find the door to Ontus Vanin's Private Quarters.
4 of 4: Find the chest named "Ontus Vanin's Chest" and click on it to automatically place the staff inside.
