Sigil Stone Tip
1 of 3: Once you start getting sigil stones (see the Oblivion Worlds hint section for all the details on those), you can use them to create constant-effect items that can be used to give you permanent effects and then discarded or sold.
2 of 3: It's best to wait until you're level 17 to get started on this so that you can get the most good out of each sigil stone.
3 of 3: If you keep it up, you can eventually get your stats up to 100+, get your magic resistance and/or spell absorption to 100%, greatly increase your magicka and carrying capacity, etc.
