Once I know the message, what do I do with it?
1 of 7: Green Emperor Way is what they call the area around the edge of the Imperial City's Palace District with all the graves, so go there and look around.
2 of 7: The reference to a tower is uselessly vague, so search around for anything that has to do with the sun.
3 of 7: A short way SE of the door that leads to the Talos Plaza District is a small structure called "Tomb of Prince Camarril."
4 of 7: It has a carving on one side that features a large sun with a map just beneath it.
5 of 7: That looks promising! Wait around next to the carving until it's about noon to see what happens.
6 of 7: The carving lights up between 11:48 am and 12:29 pm.
7 of 7: When it does, click on it to learn the world map location of the secret Dagon shrine you're after.
