1 of 3: In the same room with the locked metal gate, there's a slough gate blocking the water tunnel leading NE.
2 of 3: To open the slough gate, find the turn wheel on the wall a short ways south of it.
3 of 3: Once the slough gate is out of your way, go past it to find a small area with a treasure chest.
