1 of 4: If the guard at the door keeps saying to get over by the window even after you do, restore your autosave and try it again.
2 of 4: If it keeps happening, quit the game and rerun it.
3 of 4: Then try restoring your autosave and seeing if things will work.
4 of 4: If not, try quitting to the main menu and starting a new game -- you won't lose much progress, at least.
