More Unfinished Business

  • 1 of 11: Talk to Oreyn about "Duties" and "Defaulted" after finishing his previous quest.
  • 2 of 11: That nitwit Maglir has defaulted on another Fighters Guild contract, and you're to travel to Bravil and see what's up with him this time.
  • 3 of 11: You'll find him in the Lonely Suitor Lodge near the SW corner of town.
  • 4 of 11: When you talk to him about "Defaulted," you'll learn that he's quit the guild and joined the Blackwood Company.
  • 5 of 11: If you truthfully told Oreyn that you were the one who finished the earlier quest that Maglir defaulted on, Maglir will be hostile and refuse to tell you whom you need to talk to next. If so, either report back to Oreyn to find out, or just read the next hint.
  • 6 of 11: Aryarie in the local Mages Guild is the one to speak to.
  • 7 of 11: She'll send you to the Robber's Glen Cave (location 54 on the Great Forest map) to get ten portions of imp gall.
  • 8 of 11: Explore and loot the cave until you have enough imp gall, then return to Aryarie.
  • 9 of 11: CHEAT NOTE: If you have the gall to get your imp gall the easy way, use form number 2EE72 with the PC Cheat Codes' "player.additem" command.
  • 10 of 11: When you turn the gall over, Aryarie will give you a magic Aegis ring.
  • 11 of 11: After that, report back to Oreyn to finish the quest.
