Doesn't Oblivion come with a compatible construction set program?
1 of 3: Yes, but you have to download it, since they couldn't be bothered to put a little 6.3 MB file on a big ol' DVD disc.
2 of 3: Go to www.elderscrolls.com, click on the "Downloads" tab, and then look for the "Utilities" box along the left side of the screen.
3 of 3: Once you get it downloaded and installed, it works pretty much like the construction set program for Morrowind.
