Information at a Price
1 of 7: Talk to Polus to get advanced to Warlock, then talk to Traven about "Tasks" again.
2 of 7: The vampiric count of Skingrad apparently remembers your previous encounter with him, and will only turn certain vital information over to you personally.
3 of 7: Travel to Castle Skingrad and talk to Hal-Liurz in the County Hall to get the count to come out.
4 of 7: Ask him about "Information" to learn that he wants you to take care of some vampires who've taken up residence near Skingrad, plus the vampire hunters who have come after them.
5 of 7: After the vampires and their hunters have been taken care of one way or another, talk to Hal-Liurz in the County Hall to get the count back down.
6 of 7: Talk to the count about "Information" again to learn that Mannimarco, a super-powerful necromancer, has returned to Cyrodiil.
7 of 7: Report this alarming fact to Traven to finish the quest.
