1 of 3: This stone is on the Great Forest map, a bit SW of Elenglynn (location 32). A different way to come at it is to go to Sanguine's Shrine (location 17 on the Colovian Highlands map) and head east.
2 of 3: To get its power, your Fame plus Infamy will have to be at least 10.
3 of 3: It'll give you the Jone's Shadow greater power (Invisibility and Fortify Sneak, Acrobatics, and Athletics 30 points each for 120 seconds).
