1 of 3: This stone is on the West Weald map, just SW of the Bleak Flats Cave (location 13).
2 of 3: To get its power, your Fame plus Infamy will have to be at least 20.
3 of 3: It'll give you the Gates of Aetherius greater power (Fortify Magicka 50 points and Resist Magic 20% for 120 seconds).
