The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
Shezarr Stone
1 of 3: This stone is on the Blackwood map, just west of the White Stallion Lodge (location 6) and north of Telepe (location 5).
2 of 3: To get its power, your Fame plus Infamy will have to be at least 60.
3 of 3: It'll give you the Shield of Shezarr greater power (Reflect Spell 10% and Fortify Block, Heavy Armor, Light Armor, and Armorer 20 points each for 120 seconds).
